"Elán" was founded in 2022 by Zsombor Herédi. Their repertoire is diverse, but mainly based on music from Central and Eastern European cultures, but the Russian and Jewish cultures, as well as the fusion Hungarian folk music also influences the artists. Their uniqueness is due to their own musical ideas, which are mostly based on the accordion, and the full use of solo instruments with the virtousity of individuals. Their musical world is reminiscent of the cafés of Budapest in the 90s, where there was also a varied repertoire to please European public taste.
