Paár Julcsi: Pocket Tales

Pocket Tales is a shared experience for the youngest children and their parents, where live music, storytelling, movement and play naturally come together. Together, we explore the world of sounds, rhythms, movements and stories.

Improvisation, musical mother tongue, free self-expression and sensitive connection all play an important role during the sessions. Nursery rhymes, songs, movement games and elements of puppet theatre create a welcoming environment where everyone can engage with the shared experience at their own pace.

Drawing on early musical and movement experiences, Pocket Tales supports the creativity and sensitivity of children aged 0 to 3 and helps deepen the parent-child bond, all through playful, artistic means.

The sessions are led by Julcsi Paár, a singer, songwriter and music therapist.

Gergely Csiki, a dancer and folk dance teacher, is a regular contributor.

The musical world of Pocket Tales is shaped by the artists of Julcsi Paár’s Music Workshop, whose music completes the shared family experience.
